Media Partner

CT News Junkie

Under the direction of editor/publisher Doug Hardy, CT News Junkie will serve as media host to The Active Voice project. In this role, this well respected online publication, one of the longest-running political news websites on the internet, will provide the platform for publishing students’ written articles, as well as hosting student-produced podcasts. Student-authored content will be made available to qualifying media outlets, with permission of CT News Junkie.

Legal and Financial

The Active Voice is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) registered by Christine Palm with the Connecticut Secretary of the State. The LLC operates through philanthropic donations. The Connecticut Roundtable on Climate and Jobs ( a certified 501(c)3 organization) serves as Fiscal Agency for The Active Voice.
